As a Twitter addict, I am constantly finding new accounts that add something extra to my timeline, so if your timeline is lacking in quality content, here are five of my favourite accounts; as always in no particular order.

1) @avxlanche
If you are a lover of poetry, this account is for you. They often post links to slam poetry and heart wrenching quotes.

2) @lexi4prez
I have been following teen feminist Alexis Moncada for a while now and if you are looking to be educated on feminist issues on movements then her account has you covered.

3) @thejeffreymarsh
Genderqueer vine star Jeffrey's account is the perfect dose of positivity that your timeline needs. They frequently post inspirational vines and quotes to make your day that little bit brighter.

4) @sosadtoday
The tweets from this account are self-deprecating and comically depressing. The mind behind the tweets Melissa Brooder has released a book of short essays titled 'So Sad Today' available here.

5) @katya_zamo
This list would be incomplete without mentioning RuPaul's Drag Race Season 7 star Katya Zamolodchikova. Her tweets consist of hilarious nonsense that can sometimes be strangely motivational.
