Yesterday saw the premiere of highly anticipated music video for new track 'NASTY' from digital sensation singer/rapper Brooke Candy over at Hunger TV - and frankly, it was worth the wait.

Directed by renowned photographer and filmmaker Rankin (whose prior video credits include I Am Not a Robot - Marina and The Diamonds & Adore You - Miley Cyrus), 'NASTY' is everything we've come to expect from Candy:- incredibly stylized, surprisingly mesmerizing and essentially tongue-in-cheek. Produced by Jayson DeZuzio, it is the latest cut to be lifted from her forthcoming debut album that is executively produced by her legendary mentor (and label mate), SIA.

"One part Charlie Chaplin... one part John Waters... one part Pam and Tommy's sex tape... the 2016 pop music version of ‘How to Marry a Millionaire’" - Candy says of the playful three minute long video.

Featuring live scorpions, snakes, extra long pubic hair wigs and more; the bold glam retro-futurista stylings of the video interlock firmly with Candy's fierce self-titled 'Freaky Prince$$' persona to create a different side to the songstress than we've seen before - brighter (with more mainstream appeal), but still retaining her trademark razor-sharp hooks and wholly unique aesthetic

How would I best describe Candy? Think Yo-Landi Visser and Gwen Stefani's lovechild, but raised by Gaga. Cyber-punky & entirely non-conformative whilst maintaining a captivating brazen allure; Brooke Candy was born to be a star. As the current muse of fashion luminary Nicola Formichetti, and face of MAC Cosmetics (who she has launched her own incredibly successful make-up range with), it's truly only a matter of time before the chameleonic performer takes the world by storm.

'NASTY' is available to download now on iTunes and to stream across all streaming platforms.
